Promoting good mental health is something we always aim to do at Brookdale, to enable our children to thrive. During this unsettled time of the Covid-19 pandamic and especially in Lockdown, it's really important to be able to recognise when your child's mental health may be being affected and to know how you can help.
There is a file to download with some ideas about how you can support your child, and you can take on board a lot of the ideas to help you too!
